TBRAC assessments are provided for informational purposes and to facilitate communication with government stakeholders. While we strive for accuracy, TBRAC reports do not guarantee regulatory approval or market entry success.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information in your assessment. Providing false or misleading information may result in inaccurate reports and potential legal consequences.
The TBRAC methodology, scoring algorithms, and report formats are the intellectual property of Assurance Pacific Assessments LLC. You may share your assessment reports with relevant stakeholders but may not reproduce the assessment methodology.
Assurance Pacific Assessments LLC is not liable for any decisions made based on TBRAC reports. Users should consult with legal and regulatory experts before making business decisions.
